The Infrared Sauna is used as a 20-30 Min Ayurvedic Swedana treatment. Swedana is used to relieve excess doshas / toxins from the body, establishing a state of balance which promotes general health. We follow this treatment with a shower and a 90 Min massage tailored to your individual needs
