This is a blend of ancient ritual and classical tantric practice to bring the body into the highest vibrational state. The root body is our storehouse of emotion, matrilineal legacy, entanglement, trauma, pain. She is also the home of our sexuality. She is the sacred, sacral, sacrum. This is a deeply nourishing practice, very intimate to experience, and seeded in the prayers of returning home to our womanhood, our sensuality, our true heart, our innate wisdom, and cyclical nature.
