Service Description

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment which involves the consistent flow of warm, herbal oils in strategic points on the forehead. This treatment requires 3 consecutive sessions and is used as a treatment option for many Vata related disorders and disorders affecting the head & sense organs. Shirodhara addresses neurological disorders, improves memory, normalizes blood pressure and assists in restoring sleep patterns. PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 3 consecutive treatments is recommended for Shirodhara, 1 treatment per day - Normal Cost: R900 per treatment. Discounted Cost for 3 days: R2 550)
