First Ayurvedic Consultation

Service Description

When you book your initial consultation, you will receive an in-depth intake form from which we will explore the habits and patterns that might be stopping you from living you life with more ease and joy. We will also spend time assessing your current state of health (vikriti) and your natural constitution (prakriti) through a series of questions about your health history, diet and current lifestyle. As a result you will be provided with a list of simple tools such as nutrition advice, daily routine suggestions or changes, supplement recommendations ect to assist you on your journey towards to your health and wellness goals . Cancellation Policy

NB: To cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 HOURS. Any late cancellations or late arrivals will be billed the FULL AMOUNT. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team members, as short-notice cancellations can result in lost revenue and missed opportunities to serve others.
