One on One Yoga
Service Description
Yoga Class: A slow and meditative 60 to 90 minute Hatha yoga class which will complement any dynamic sporting or yoga practice. These classes include some basic breathing exercises and a little meditation at the end suitable for any level of mobility. -Enhance mindfulness -Get better sleep. -Reduce stress. -Improve balance and core strength. -Relieve chronic pain. -Lower levels of depression. -Gently strengthen your body. -Enhance flexibility Learn relaxation techniques while becoming comfortable doing yoga and gently building strength and flexibility. Get a much needed break from the business of life and learn to tap into your body and mind in this guided meditative movement class. These classes can be done online, in person in Hout Bay or I can come to you at an additional cost to be discussed when you enquire.
