Train according to your menstrual cycle
Service Description
If you’re someone who menstruates, you’ve likely had days where your cycle has impacted your workout plan. Have you ever questioned how and when you should exercise during your period? Most women have been taught to fight pain or just get over it and push through workouts but what if I told you that you could optimize your training according to what your hormones are doing? It is no secret that your hormones fluctuate throughout your cycle and has major effects on your energy and mood. So why should these changes not affect your approach fitness? I can help guide you through your workouts based on your menstrual cycle so that you can stop pushing your body when it actually needs rest, do cardio when your hormones are optimized for it and lift heavy when you are in the right phase of your cycle to do so. This is a 2 month commitment to work with me one on one. We will do at least 2 workouts a week either online or in person and you will receive extra guidelines and resources to start training according to your cycle. Price below is per month but may change if I need to travel to you. You have an option to add on an initial Health coaching session of 2 hours at a discounted price.

NB: To cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 HOURS. Any late cancellations or late arrivals will be billed the FULL AMOUNT. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team members, as short-notice cancellations can result in lost revenue and missed opportunities to serve others.
