Yoga and Ayurveda are mutuality supportive systems. The path of yoga seeks to unite the body, mind & spirit through meditation, breath work & physical movement. While Ayurveda is considered the sister science of yoga and seeks to heal & prevent disease by harmonizing everyday life with the rhythms of nature. This is done through diet, exercise, yoga, lifestyle, and body cleansing.

Learn the importance of incorporating disease preventing daily rituals into your daily life.

In this workshop I share the ancient Ayurvedic rituals used to maintain health and wellness. You get to try some new things and leave with a belly full of yummy plant based food and some daily ritual items that we sit and make together as a group, a booklet with some more information to work through in your own time.

I created this online workshop for women who are looking for a place to begin their own Mind and body journey.

This is a self paced online workshop with many tools and insights into seeing your mind and body as your own true self.

Why are you so different?

What do you as an individual need to thrive and blossom?

We dig deep into some of the difficult questions and begin a journey to "re-wilding" your mind and body.

 Customized workshops for you or your   company  

These programs are designed with a holistic & natural approach to life by improving your health & wellness knowledge.

Each workshop is individually designed to the needs and interests of your group but generally includes a look at your overall lifestyle such as nutrition, movement, stress, medical history & sleep.

I teach you how to include Ayurveda, a natural form of healing into your everyday life bringing a unique twist and wealth of information to the wellness sphere.

 This is what the previous two day     retreat looked like :

Saturday:

 

  • 8am- Morning yoga

  • 9h00- Tea / coffee 

  • Breakfast

 (Hearty over night Chai oats in almond          milk, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon topped with  fruit and nuts)

  • 9h45- Mind and body workshop

(Today we take a deep dive into your mind and how it affects your over all health & wellness)​

  • 13h00- Lunch 

 (Home made bread and butter, farm jam, 3 quiche selections and salad out the farm garden)​

 

  •  14h00- Art therapy

(You get to create your own take home piece of art while being guided by our amazing art therapist)​

  • 16h30- Closing the day with a bit of reflection time and spend the rest of the day in the pool, walking the gardens or meditating in the Labyrinth.

  • The Boma  area will be set up for a cosy dinner by the fire and self catered dinner


 

Sunday:

  • 7h30 Morning yoga

  • 8h30 Tea/coffee

                      Light breakfast

         (Fruit Smoothie bowls!)    

  • 9h15- Mind and body workshop

(Today we take a deep dive into your body how it affects your over all health. we touch on daily habits to bring into your life and learn about the gut,brain connection)

  • 12h30- Plant-based lunch

(Quinoa salad with sundried tomato, basil pesto, artichokes, micro greens , edible flowers and greens out the garden)

  • 13h15- Botanical introduction with Aimee

​(We are going to learn how to make our own face oils from scratch!)

  • 13h45 - Tour the gardens, learn about the medicinal plants and choose herbs for your oil.

  • 14h30- Botanical oil making

  • 15h30- Time to reflect, meditate and say our good byes.
