CCF Tea recipe:
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2-3 cups water
Instructions
Add 2-3 cups of clean water to a medium pot.
Add the seeds to the pot and bring the water to a boil.
Let simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn your stove off and let this infuse over night.
In the morning reheat your infusion, strain the tea into a mug and enjoy!
I like to use the leftover seeds in my cooking for that day.
