Service Description

The Infrared Sauna is used as a 20-30 Min Ayurvedic Swedana treatment. Swedana is used to relieve excess doshas / toxins from the body, establishing a state of balance which promotes general health. We follow this treatment with a shower and a 60 Min massage tailored to your individual needs

Cancellation Policy

NB: To cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 HOURS. Any late cancellations or late arrivals will be billed the FULL AMOUNT. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team members, as short-notice cancellations can result in lost revenue and missed opportunities to serve others.
