Service Description

Mukhabhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic face massage technique originating from India. In Sanskrit, "mukha" means face, and "abhyanga" refers to the application of oil through massage. Mukhabhyanga, therefore, involves the therapeutic application of oils and gentle massage techniques to the face, neck, and shoulders. The massage incorporates various strokes, pressure points, and techniques to stimulate circulation, release tension, and promote lymphatic drainage. The therapist may use their fingertips, palms, or specialized tools to apply gentle pressure and rhythmic movements to specific areas of the face and neck. Mukhabhyanga is not only a deeply relaxing experience but also offers a wide range of benefits for the skin and overall well-being.
